Visitors who use wheelchairs and/or walkers may enter through the entrance at the side of the house, beside the Case Research Lab. This door is secure, so please ring the doorbell and someone will assist you. All three levels of the building can be accessed by elevator.
Free parking is available on Genesee Street in front of the mansion, and there is a parking lot behind the building off of Washington Street. The entry way to the Museum is at the front of the building through the wooden doors behind the columns. Tour buses must park on Genesee Street or offsite.
