Join us for a new spring fundraising event – the Derby Brunch! On the morning of the Kentucky Derby, Saturday, May 2, dress to the nines and bring your friends for a celebration of fashion, food, and fun.

Description

Held in the Cayuga Museum’s Carriage House Theater, the Derby Brunch will run from 11 AM-1 PM, featuring fare from Pure Catering. Guests are encouraged to dress their best and bring their fanciest hats. Prizes will be offered for “Best Dressed” and “Best Hat.” A brief historical discussion of tea time, derby fashion, and the connection between the international women’s suffrage movement and horse racing will take place from 12 – 12:15.

Reservations are required and must be made by Friday, April 24.

The menu below contains everything that is included with your ticket purchase. A cash bar with an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage choices will also be available. Menu items will be served in a buffet style, and a self-serve coffee and tea bar will be provided.

Tickets for the full event are $55 general admission, $50 for Museum Members and include access to the event and a complimentary glass of prosecco or sparkling cider.

Please note that there will be no physical tickets for this event. Simply share the name of the individual who purchased your reservation, and you will be permitted entry.

Parking


Primary parking is available at Pettigrass Funeral Home at 196 Genesee St. across the street from the Museum. Limited parking is available in the lot adjacent to the Carriage House Theater, and will be reserved for guests with accessibility needs. Street parking is also available within the immediate neighborhood and off Genesee Street.
